β Order Submission: By clicking the "Buy Now" (or equivalent) button, you place a binding
order for the items in your shopping cart.
β Order Acknowledgment: You will receive an automatic confirmation email immediately
after submitting your order. This email serves as an acknowledgment of receipt and does
not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.

your order via a shipping confirmation email or when the goods are dispatched.
4. Prices, Currency, and Taxes
β Currency: All prices displayed on our store are listed in Euros (EUR).
β Taxes: Prices are inclusive of applicable European Value Added Tax (VAT) at the
statutory rate unless stated otherwise.

β Payments are processed and charged immediately upon the conclusion of the contract.
β You agree to receive invoices and payment receipts electronically via email.
6. Delivery and Shipping
β Delivery Area: We deliver to valid shipping addresses within European countries.
β Delivery Times: Estimated delivery windows provided are non-binding unless a specific

β Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when you (or a
third party designated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the
items.
7. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-off Period)
Under European Union consumer protection laws, you have a statutory right to withdraw from
this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
β Period: The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a
designated third party) receive physical possession of the goods.
β Notification: To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via a clear
statement (e.g., by emailing support@volt.com).

standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice (or upon
receiving proof of return shipping).
8. Legal Conformity Warranty (2-Year Guarantee)
You benefit from a statutory minimum 2-year conformity guarantee for goods purchased within
the EU.
β If a product is defective, damaged, or does not match the description, you have the right
to request a repair or replacement free of charge.

All delivered goods remain the property of volt until we have received full and final payment for
the order.
10. Limitation of Liability
β We are fully liable in cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.
β In cases of slight negligence involving essential contractual duties (obligations necessary
to achieve the purpose of the contract), our liability is strictly limited to foreseeable and
typical damages.
β Any further statutory liability remains unaffected.
11. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
The European Commission provides an online platform for dispute resolution, which you can
access at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
β Please note that we are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution
proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale shall be governed by the laws of the country in which you have your

expressly excluded.
